Refund Policy

At Refract Ads, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional digital advertising services. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the nature of our service-based business.
1. Service Fees
Our fees cover the costs of strategy development, campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting. These fees are charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) as outlined in your service agreement.
All service fees paid to Refract Ads are non-refundable. This is because once a service period begins, our team dedicates significant time, expertise, and resources to managing your campaigns. These costs are incurred regardless of campaign performance.
2. Ad Spend
"Ad Spend" refers to the funds paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.). This budget is separate from our management fees.
Refract Ads is not responsible for refunding ad spend. Any refunds or credits for ad spend must be sought directly from the respective advertising platform according to their terms and conditions. While we can assist in communicating with these platforms on your behalf, we cannot guarantee the outcome.
3. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your services with Refract Ads at any time by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days). Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for any fees due for the final service period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a billing error on our part, we will correct the error and issue a refund or credit for the overcharged amount. Any such claims must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the billing date.
